3 youths arrested in connection with car break-ins, stolen vehicle in Brampton

Peel Regional Police arrested three youths who were driving an allegedly stolen vehicle in Brampton on Tuesday night.

Police were called to the area of Bersan Terrace and Delport Close around 10:20 p.m. for reports of three people breaking into cars.

Officers found three youths in an allegedly stolen vehicle in the area and there was a minor collision between the vehicle and a police cruiser. The three suspects then fled on foot.

A police K9 unit tracked and found one of the suspects who suffered a minor injury from the dog biting the youth.

The two other suspects were also located and all three are now in police custody.

Police say there are no more outstanding suspects.
