A new study suggests 1% of Ontarians had COVID-19

New study out by Public Health Ontario suggests 1% of Ontarians had COVID-19, about 160,000 people. That’s four times more than the total numbers reported at the end of June! Public Health conducted thousands of tests that looked for antibodies in blood samples. In Toronto and the eastern GTA, it’s estimated 1.5% of people have antibodies.
